I've been exercising really dilligently this week. I go for a walk in the afternoon with Logan and do another workout in the evening. And I'm doing so much better with the emotional eating. I really thought my pooch was looking smaller, but I guess I'm just going to have to really start counting calories and watching portion sizes. Getting a little frustrated.
I totally agree that things can rearrange and not show on the scale; women have such issues with retaining sometimes that can fluctuate through the month, it's tough!
Well, I gained .2 this week - whoops. LOL. I knew this wasn't going to be the best week though, AF is raging, I missed the gym a lot of mornings, and had a training class where I was stuck in a room, with donuts and no alternatives, for 7 hours. Yeeeeah, that hurt.
