I did it! I broke through the 150 barrier! My fight with the scale is finally over. No matter what I've tried, I haven't been able to get under 150 and finally today was the day. Hopefully it's not a fluke and I can actually start loosing again. It's definitely motivation to keep at it!!!
Oh yaaaaay! That is wonderful! I always have a hard time breaking the 0 barrier - 150 was tough, 140 was darn near impossible, and 130 seemed a little bit easier - but once I broke through them I never went back! You are doing so great!
