Yeah, um, so apparently getting back into routine after a holiday or trip is just as difficult, if not more difficult, than the trip and holiday itself. It took me a solid 2-3 days to get back into all my good habits and drop the bad ones.
OK ladies, I didn't even weigh myself this week. Some days I'm SO good and other days (especially the weekends) I'm really bad. Especially just coming off Thanksgiving and lots of eating out while company was here. *sigh* I need to get it together!
Since I am back on the board, I might as well be back in the Christmas challenge, seeing as how we have 3 weeks to go before Christmas. I can't say I've made much progress but at least I'm showing up!! ha ha
Whenever I weigh myself I'm anywhere from 142-144 so I guess today was just a bad morning. I keep meaning to start exercising because I haven't since June. So far I've just been trying to eat less. Guess I better start if I want to get anywhere!
