I need to share my happy news, which is a very very tiny accomplishment: I worked out last night!
I have not exercised regularly since June. But counting calories just isn't enough so I thought I should really get back to doing some kind of exercise, now that it's winter and I don't move as much in general.
I never ever would have thought that losing the weight after having Reid would be so hard and take so long. I have ten pounds to go, after gaining about 45 with him, so at least I am almost there. Just thought I'd share.
