It's today, right? This is our second last weigh-in or the last? I sort of figured the last one would be on Christmas Day but correct me if you ladies have another plan.
Good grief. Someone remind me how S-L-O-W weight loss is supposed to be the best kind? I am not taking responsibility for my lack of progress this week because I was under my calories and exercised the WHOLE week with no exceptions! So it's not my fault! I highly doubt I will lose 3 lbs with one week to go but even one would be nice.
Um yeah. So I said I had a chance of making my stretch goal? Then I got sick, and the week went to heck, and the end result was gaining a solid half pound of fast food, cookies, and stress eating. LOL.
