LBS lost since Z was born: ? although, I'm at the same weight as 2 weeks PP

Starting tomorrow (1/4) I will be getting up at 5:30 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to work out. I'll work out one weekend day TBD. I'm switching to salad plates for my meals. I will eat breakfast. I will clear all snacks from my desk at work (tough one since DH works for a cracker and cookie co!) and will switch from coffee to tea.

How you plan to get there - salad, salad, salad. Cutting out all white stuff including bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, and crackers. Breaking up with cheese, mayonnaise, and peanut butter (I'll miss you, guys.) Adding one more day of riding per week and doing my Pilates 2-3 days a week.

How you plan to get there - Just doing the same things I've been doing... (Well, OK, the same things I'd been doing before my schedule got jacked up for the holidays, LOL.) Hit the gym in the morning before work when possible, make smart choices eating, and limit myself to one bunker raid per week for free ice cream at work.
Kim - I've found that breaking the snack habit altogether was a death knell for my weight loss, because it made me a lot more prone to overeating at meals. Have you considered just switching up your snacks to healthier options?

How you plan to get there - run, run, run. I'm training for a half marathon and plan to run 12-20 miles per week (at least to start). On top of that I'm starting the O2 "diet" later this week to refocus on the food I put in my body. I also hope to do pilates at least once a week to help firm up!

How you plan to get there - Calorie counting, Working out 4-5 times a week, eliminating snacking after dinner. And no bagels (my husband works for a bagel place so that will be hard).
