Keeping up my motivation when nothing seems to be improving. And snacking. I love snacks!

Being patient. I am terribly IMpatient so when I don't have instant results I tend to get off track.

DITTO!!

I want results right away and when I don't get them I go back to my old ways. I am much more focused this time and understand that I will only be able to lose a lb to 2lbs a week.

I'm an emotional eater. And I'm good at justifying whatever I shouldn't be eating. I also worry that I'll work hard and have nothing to show for it in the end.

Yep, emotional eater here too! I eat when I'm celebrating something, depressed over something, bored, etc. Bad, bad, bad.

My other one is also fitting in exercise. The only real time that works with my schedule is early in the morning, and usually after 2-3 weeks of that, I start with the "I'm too tired to get up" excuse.

Just getting complacent. I'll get into cycles where I'm excited about exercising and then fall off the horse (so to speak). If I can just stay committed to a few days a week I think it will work better!

The fact that it's easier to throw in a frozen pizza than to fix a good, healthy meal after 9 hours of working and 2 hours of commuting.

That, and my bed is so warm in the morning that it's hard to get out...especially when it's no where near dawn during the winter.

honestly right now its the winter! I cant get outside or go anywhere and i do go to the gym but then i spend the rest of the day in the house and being sedentary.
