Yep, emotional eater here too! I eat when I'm celebrating something, depressed over something, bored, etc. Bad, bad, bad.
My other one is also fitting in exercise. The only real time that works with my schedule is early in the morning, and usually after 2-3 weeks of that, I start with the "I'm too tired to get up" excuse.
Just getting complacent. I'll get into cycles where I'm excited about exercising and then fall off the horse (so to speak). If I can just stay committed to a few days a week I think it will work better!
