It's Monday! How are you ladies doing? You can either weigh-in here or just tell us how you are doing.
I weighed in at 142 this morning, so overall that's down a pound. I have been really busy lately with potty training and other things so I only exercised twice last week and my eating hasn't been as good so I am happy with that!
I am doing well, I did see 132 this week on the scale but the weekends tend to sidetrack the progress! We had our company work party as well as Nathan's family Christmas this past weekend so lots of temptations that were hard to avoid.
I've been running, done ab work and stretching and did one pilates workout. I've also been focused on eating well so hopefully I'll see a nice, slow downward trend!
I hope to stick to the eating/working out this week and not ruin it next weekend when we go out to celebrate my parents anniversary and my birthday.
Thats awesome... I think thats why I was so disappointed this morning. Because I got on the scale yesterday and was 113. Today I got on the scale and was 114.4. eeks. I even did 6.5 miles on the elliptical yesterday. hmm
I was kind of bummed by that this morning, I was reeeeally hoping to see something in the 127 range. I would have even been happy with a 127.8, lol! Oh well. I did measure this morning for the first time since Jan 1st, and I have lost a half inch off my waist - 26". That's pretty cool! And I lost a quarter inch off my hips for 35.25". I'd reeeeeeally like to see my saddlebags shrink though, I'm sick of my thighs going out past my butt, so I'll be doing some extra leg lifts this week.
I'm totally fail so far. I knew it too - last week was terrible, my body was still off schedule, my eating schedule was all out of whack, I hadn't made it to the grocery store so didn't have many good snacks on hand...yeah. The only thing I did manage was getting ot the gym 3 mornings. I weighed in at 164.2 today, up somewhere from half to 1 pound. Not bad, but definitely something I need to get under control. I've got good snacks, a meal plan in place, and am determined to be back on track this week!
My weight hasn't changed since last week but I'm not surprised - I totally fell off the wagon this weekend! It was my birthday, my best friend was in town, and, well, I indulged way too much in the goodies! And then with her here, I didn't do any workouts.
It's a new week and I am determined to see some progress!
I'm really proud of myself this week. I've been watching what I eat, cutting way back on my coffee at work (read: CREAM!) and I got up to work out twice. I wanted to do 3 times, but dammit, 5:30 is freakin' early. I'm working on it. I feel like I've made progress. I go back to the doc in 2 weeks, so we'll see if there are any results then.
I'm working on getting a motivational pic this weekend. Bikini bod here I come!
