My tailbone is sore from doing sit-ups.

I am doing the 200 sit-up challenge and the 100 push-up challenge.

Ouch Meg... that sounds really sore! I've bruised my tailbone before, and it hurt like hell. Hope it settles down for you soon!

What's the aim of the challenge, other than to do that number of reps I mean? Is there a time frame that you have to do it in?

The program is 6 weeks. I am doing it because I want to get a 90 when I take the fitness test. to get a 90 I need:
25 push-ups
42 sit-ups
weigh less than 154.5
run 1.5 mile in 13:30 or less

I think I can do it ,but I don't have much time...lol
