Hey ladies... Well its time that I do something about my weight. I want to be healthier and feel better about myself. At first when E got casted I lost 5lbs but gained 10 (well gained 5, and the 5 I lost back) and I was already wanting to lose weight - staying at home has been hard on me, eating more etc... despite me walking 3-4 times a week!
So, I am here hoping I can join you ladies!!
I ordered the 30 day shred dvd and some weights today - hoping it comes at the end of the week. I am going out of town this weekend so I am planning to "start" my exercises and "healthier eating" on Monday Feb 8th!!
Any suggestions? Anyone else do the 30 day shred? I think my sister is gonna come over M-F and do it with me too! I need support as I easily lose motivation! I keep thinking of summer time, bathing suits etc..... kinda helps
I just started 30 Day Shred on Thursday and I love it. I feel sore afterwards but that reminds me that it's working.
I easily lose motivation too and fall off the wagon after a couple weeks. I joined fitnesspal.com to help me keep track of my food, just so I can be more accountable. I also put a picture of myself at my ultimate goal weight up on my mirror.
Thanks ladies!!! I'm going to start next Monday - I started AF today and feel just terrible and I'm out of town this weekend... Monday will be a new start day for me! So excited. I too put pics on the fridge and mirror of me back at 18/19 years old! Hoping to get there!
