I am actually very surprised that I've lost another pound this week (so I'm down a total of 3)! With my mom in town for more than half the week, I didn't workout a lick and didn't eat super great either. So how I lost that 1 pound is beyond me but I'll take it!
I'm also noticing that a lot of my pants are getting looser.
Today, I'm back to 30 Day Shred and LOTS of water.

I rocked it last week. 3 or 4 trips to the gym, awesome handle on my food, just knocked it right out of the park. Sunday morning I weighed in at 158.9, down 3 pounds for the week...and then I took my turn yesterday with the stomach bug that's been going around our house. All put together, I weighed in at 157.2lb this morning, nearly 5 pounds in one week, finally breaking the dang 160lb barrier I've been bouncing against, and bringing me to a 20 pound loss overall.

Did fairly well this past week. I didn't realize how much of a pain selling our house would be when it comes to dieting - we are eating out more now, since people want to see the house at nighttime after work (aka dinnertime.) Surprisingly though I didn't have much of a gain, just fluctuated by a half pound and was 125.8 this morning.
I'm also doing 50 situps a day (trying for 100) for the rest of the month to tone up my abs a bit more. Which reminds me - I still have to do mine!
It was a bug... I stayed home from work Wednesday because Eric had it, then Danny had it Friday, and I was blessed with it Sunday. Fortunately - sort of - it didn't hit them nearly as hard as it hit me.
I lost 1.6% of my body weight last week...in 4 days! I'm on day 9 of the 30 day shred today. I level up on Thursday, but I've gone from totally dying 9 days ago to being able to do one set of "manly" push ups!
DH told me yesterday that my butt looks smaller too. I look better, I feel better, and the scale's seeing it too!

I started my eating better routine on Monday... so no weight loss to report yet. I will ONLY weigh myself once a week and not become obsessed with the scale, thats a huge barrier for me. Lets hope it works.
