How is everyone doing? Any measurable progress? Any setbacks? Tell us about your week!

I am actually very surprised that I've lost another pound this week (so I'm down a total of 3)! With my mom in town for more than half the week, I didn't workout a lick and didn't eat super great either. So how I lost that 1 pound is beyond me but I'll take it!

I'm also noticing that a lot of my pants are getting looser.

Today, I'm back to 30 Day Shred and LOTS of water.

Really???? We're going to weigh in the day after superbowl!?!? haha - I'm up 1.6 lbs from YESTERDAY!! LOL, it's all salt and beer, so I will see tomorrow what the real status is...haha

Ugh... I was doing well until the end of the week last week when stress got the best of me. I didn't do as well with keeping hydrated or working out and am back to 135.

But I'll take it considering the week/weekend I had and the munchies for the Super Bowl.

Trying to stay motivated this week, get my workouts in and eat well.

LOL Emily... Yesterday helped my weight loss! It's amazing what 7 rounds of throwing up will do

Awesome about your pants, Amanda - that's such a great feeling!

I rocked it last week. 3 or 4 trips to the gym, awesome handle on my food, just knocked it right out of the park. Sunday morning I weighed in at 158.9, down 3 pounds for the week...and then I took my turn yesterday with the stomach bug that's been going around our house. All put together, I weighed in at 157.2lb this morning, nearly 5 pounds in one week, finally breaking the dang 160lb barrier I've been bouncing against, and bringing me to a 20 pound loss overall.

WOOT!

OMG! Kel, you're amazing! Sorry about the barfing though!

Did fairly well this past week. I didn't realize how much of a pain selling our house would be when it comes to dieting - we are eating out more now, since people want to see the house at nighttime after work (aka dinnertime.) Surprisingly though I didn't have much of a gain, just fluctuated by a half pound and was 125.8 this morning.

I'm also doing 50 situps a day (trying for 100) for the rest of the month to tone up my abs a bit more. Which reminds me - I still have to do mine!

I totally need to work on toning my abs, I am so fail at sit ups though. And that is really great for a week of juggling more eating out, Jill!

I lost 2lbs this week and I am feeling great!! 111.8

just a few more ounces and I will be in a healthy weight range. 5lbs in 2 weeks.. I am happy with that!

It was a bug... I stayed home from work Wednesday because Eric had it, then Danny had it Friday, and I was blessed with it Sunday. Fortunately - sort of - it didn't hit them nearly as hard as it hit me.

Down 5 pounds in 2 weeks! AND I'm about to slip over my plateau (FINALLY)... I haven't been under 160 since I was pregnant and today I was 160... I can't WAIT to be in the 150s!!!

Weighed in at 120lbs this morning. Got my period today so hopefully i can get down and out of the 120s finally. So sick of how slow this weight loss is going.

I lost 1.6% of my body weight last week...in 4 days! I'm on day 9 of the 30 day shred today. I level up on Thursday, but I've gone from totally dying 9 days ago to being able to do one set of "manly" push ups!

DH told me yesterday that my butt looks smaller too. I look better, I feel better, and the scale's seeing it too!

WOW ladies WTG!!!

Sorry about your stomach bug Kel but congrats on meeting your 20lb goal

I started my eating better routine on Monday... so no weight loss to report yet. I will ONLY weigh myself once a week and not become obsessed with the scale, thats a huge barrier for me. Lets hope it works.

Having problems with caffeine withdraw!!
