WHAT am I DOING!?

Ugh. I looked in the mirror this morning and I felt awful.

I am maintaining at 125lbs (well, this morning I was 126 but we ate pizza last night.) That number is fine. It totally doesn't bother me.

But I hate looking so flabby on my belly. I'm fine with my butt and arms and back. But I hate my belly.

I have 3.5 weeks (give or take) - does anyone have any tips to start looking toned on the stomach in that time frame?

I don't Jill--maybe look up some stomach workouts? or do some 8 min abs every day? GL hun I am sure you look great tho!!

I wish I could tell you something, hon... There are just a few things that having a baby does to a woman's body that no workouts or weight loss can completely take care of. I agree, you look amazing and have done amazing, please don't get down on yourself!

Jill, you have come SO FAR!! Who gives a rat's arse if you wear a bikini in Mexico or not?! If you want to, go for it, if not, rock a tankini or a one-piece. Personally, I could never pull off a 2-piece even when I was 15, so being able to wear one now has no pull on how sexy I think I am.

And BTW...there are so many girls who would kill for your figure. In 50 years, you'll want to reach into a picture and slap yourself for not appreciating the body you have right now.

I have a really old stomach workout video from Denise Austin that I think was called "Super Stomachs". That thing really tightened my stomach muscles years ago when I did it. I have no tips for post-baby abs though. It's hard to not beat ourselves up, but remember that most other people would probably look at you and think that you look really good. Hugs!

I think 8 minute abs is on Netflix in their play instantly. What ab moves are you doing now? Transverse crunches (with your legs up, lifting your tush off the floor) work the lower abs. That's usually the trouble spot.
