Since it's all the rage I figured I'd ask here...

Are you supposed to do it everyday? Or are you allowed rest days?

I've done it on our DVR On Demand program before, but only intermittently. I think I would like to try it out again but can't commit to much more with my training schedule for the half marathon.

How do you like it?

Are you seeing results?

I imagine you're supposed to do it everyday to see the maximum results in 30 days. But I've only done it 3-4 times per week so far, just because of my work schedule.

I LOVE it, it's a real butt-kicking workout, and I've already lost a few pounds since starting it as well as seen my endurance improve.

You're supposed to do it every day. I am and I'm seeing HUGE results. I just moved back down to level 1 from level 2 because I hurt my neck/shoulder (sorta kinda unrelated...see below). It's definitely an intense workout and I love it.

I recommend to anyone that you stretch WAAY more than they do in the video because it's definitely not enough. That's how I ended up pulling a muscle.
