You're supposed to do it every day. I am and I'm seeing HUGE results. I just moved back down to level 1 from level 2 because I hurt my neck/shoulder (sorta kinda unrelated...see below). It's definitely an intense workout and I love it.
I recommend to anyone that you stretch WAAY more than they do in the video because it's definitely not enough. That's how I ended up pulling a muscle.
