I went to my new OB today for my 28 week appt. My BP was fine but she seemed very concerned. She listened to the HB and when she found it she listened for awhile then she said that I needed an u/s ASAP. They did one right away and the HB was 137. Teagan's was never that low. This baby has always been in the 150's also. They did a bunch of bloodwork. On the paper for the u/s the dr wrote "begining, mild pre eclampsia" WTH?!?!? Now I'm conerned. She has put me on a low fat/low sodium diet and mild exercise 4 times a week. She made me pre register at the hospital before I left. I asked about scheduling the c section for 38 ish weeks and she said there was no need bcs this baby will be earlier than that.

I'm getting nervous now. I seems that I am showing signs of Pre E but the meds are keeping the BP stable. Please say a prayer that she will not be too early and that my BP does not do what it dis last time.
Miss you all!!!

Oh Melinda. I really hope that with the doctor's suggestions and with your meds, that the pre-eclampsia will stay at bay. I'm really hoping for an uneventful pregnancy for you this time.

I will keep you and your little one in my thoughts!

Glad that your BP is staying down but sorry about the pre-e. That sucks. I hope that this baby bakes a while longer. Did you get to confirm girl?

We will be saying a prayer for you and your baby! Hope the pre-e stays away and you don't experience the horrible bp problems you did last time...

ick that's not cool. I wonder if there was protein in your urine, and that combined with the baby's hb confirmed things?

hopefully at least with the meds, even if you go before 38 weeks and develop pre e, your bp will stay pretty stable and that will eliminate the after delivery issues from last time.

Hoping they can keep the Pre-e at bay so your baby can bake as long as possible. Don't lift a finger except your exercise!
