I just did level 3 of the 30ds. I'm gonna go puke now, lol!
I'm not quite ready yet and will be back on level 2 for a while, but I was tired of my "fear of the unknown" so I went for it. While it's WAAAY harder, it's a LOT more fun then level 2, so I'm kind of excited to actually get there.
Ok, so I never went back down to level 2. I'm sticking with it. Even though I've got to stop a bunch of times to catch my breath, I lost 2 lbs this week! I was sure I wasn't going to loose anything. By the end of that 20 minutes, I'm literally dripping sweat. I LOVE IT!!!
