My flipping wrist. I'm not sure if I over-extended it yesterday, or if I overdid it yesterday... or WHAT. But it flipping HURTS.
I went to the gym today and did legs & abs. And then I came home, intending to do 30DS but I couldn't do any of the push ups or planks or anything that required me to rotate or move my left wrist or put any weight on it.
I felt like I had been laying on it for awhile when I got up this morning (both hands were asleep, LOL)... so I'm hoping it's just one of those things, where I laid on it all night & it's been sore today... but it has made me mad all day.
I'm fine with soreness & the whole "no pain, no gain" thing but I'm hoping this is better tomorrow bc this particular pain isn't good.
LOL Thanks hon... THAT is what I like to hear... I feed off of being an inspiration... i love it.
Just sucks bc it seems like I keep hurting myself. Last friday I hurt my hamstring playing with Cade, so I rested all weekend... then on Monday I was doing walking lunges and felt like I pulled my quad... I kinda think it was a charlie horse though.... bc it was fine the next day... and now my wrist.
definitely stretch some more! You absolutely are an inspiration--I really wish I had your motivation. I do great for 2-3 weeks and then thats all she wrote. I need to stay focused and just lose these last 20ish lbs that I have hated for years.
Use the brace, Advil and ice. Sounds like you have inflammation/tendinitis. I know when my tendinitis flares up it feels like I slept on it wrong but doesn't go away like you would expect.
Eeewwww, really? Geesh... I"ve never had problems with my wrists, but I have suspected I'll have carpal tunnel eventually so I think my arms/wrists/hands are kinda sensitive anyway. Well I'm gonna rest it today. Not much of a choice, LOL. I will be crazy by the end of the day.
