I'm starting the 30 Day Shred today...AGAIN. Lol. I think this is the 3rd time I've started it in the last year and the furthest I've gotten is maybe 12 days? So I'm going to need a lot of support!
It's not the working out that gets me...I've been working out almost every day for well over a year. I just hope it doesn't bother my shins too much. I can't afford new shoes right now, and I think that might be part of the problem, but we shall see. Oh, and I plan on taking pictures of myself today so I know what I look like to begin with.
I'm so glad that I have you girls to motivate me. I don't want to be the queen of frump while you girls are rocking bikini bods! lol.
I tried doing it without shoes but I just can't... it's too much moving around for me, for no shoes. I don't think I could ever do this 30 days straight but I also go to the gym 5-6 days a week, so I'm just kinda using it to fill in the gaps.
