I'm starting the 30 Day Shred today...AGAIN. Lol. I think this is the 3rd time I've started it in the last year and the furthest I've gotten is maybe 12 days? So I'm going to need a lot of support!

It's not the working out that gets me...I've been working out almost every day for well over a year. I just hope it doesn't bother my shins too much. I can't afford new shoes right now, and I think that might be part of the problem, but we shall see. Oh, and I plan on taking pictures of myself today so I know what I look like to begin with.

I'm so glad that I have you girls to motivate me. I don't want to be the queen of frump while you girls are rocking bikini bods! lol.

But anyways...wish me luck!

Good luck. You'll do great.

Have you tried doing it without shoes? I don't wear shoes when doing it, maybe that will help with the shin splints.

That's a good idea. I did it and my shins didn't hurt too bad, but my feet felt like they were cramping or something. I'll try it tomorrow without shoes.

I tried doing it without shoes but I just can't... it's too much moving around for me, for no shoes. I don't think I could ever do this 30 days straight but I also go to the gym 5-6 days a week, so I'm just kinda using it to fill in the gaps.
