What size handweights are you using?

Which movement do you like the best?

Which is your least favorite?

Do you ever feel like you're not sure if you're doing the movements correctly?

What size handweights are you using? 3 lbs

Which movement do you like the best? I love the bicep curls w/ lunges and the bicycle ab crunches.

Which is your least favorite? Jumping jacks!

Do you ever feel like you're not sure if you're doing the movements correctly? At first, yes, but I'm pretty comfortable with Level 1 now. I'm scared to move up to 2. Are you having trouble with any of the Level 1 movements, Kelly?

What size handweights are you using? 2lbs, its just what i had in the house, i might eventually go buy 3lb ones

Which movement do you like the best? i like the squatting punches---i really feel the burn in my legs on those ones

Which is your least favorite? lunge arm curls...not sure what they are called, but you basical put one foot in front of you, one behind you and bend, and curl the hand weights. I almost always fall over, i dont know, i just cant get in that one comfortable and steadily.

Do you ever feel like you're not sure if you're doing the movements correctly? sometimes, but usually i can correct myself quickly. Im sure after a few more days ill be doing great.

Which is your least favorite? pushups... I HATE pushups. And the ones where you walk them out from a standing position... yea... hate those.

Do you ever feel like you're not sure if you're doing the movements correctly? Not really.

2 lb weights. Planning on getting 5's soon.

Love the bicycle crunches in level one, the static lunges w/bicep curls in level 2 and the walking push ups in level 3.

HATE side lunges with lateral raises in level one, plank jacks in level 2 and rockstar jumps in level 3.

3 lbs weights

I like the pushups, and the chest ones, where you lay on your back and raise the weights across your chest

I HATE the jumping jacks, and the bicycle cruches, I always have to take a break on those

I think I am doing some of them wrong, my back and one of my knees are killing me! I don't think I am doing the side lunges (the last one) correct, I don't feel anything in my legs when I am doing them.

Lindsey - I hate those last side lunges on level 1. When you bend your knee, push your tush back, instead of bringing your knee forward (not sure if that's what you're doing) You should feel in your inner thigh and tush.

Ugh, yeah, I hate that one too. As much as I try to concentrate on pushing my tush outward, I still feel like my knee is going forward. It's very weird.
