Are you and AM or PM or Whenever I can find the time, workout kinda gal?
I think I'm going to do mine in the AM. Before Jack wakes up at 7:30. I need to catch him in the AM so I can put him on the potty to go #2 (otherwise I won't catch him and he'll have already gone in his diaper and we're trying to show him that it's yucky!).
So I think I'll wake up around 6:15-6:30 tomorrow, do my work out, take a shower and eat breakfast. Hopefully I'll be able to catch Jack before he gets up and I can immediatly put him on the potty too.
I decided to do my workout tonight (around 8:30pm) because I know that Jack will be up sometime the middle of the night..and be up for the day around 7:30am. I can't guarantee he won't be up earlier than that and not interrupt a work out.
I *usually* go to the gym in the morning, around 11:00 a.m. and then if I do 30DS, I do it during Cade's naptime at 2 or 3. But sometimes I do go to the gym in the evenings... they close at 9:30 but I usually try to be out of there by 8:30 so I can tuck Cade in... that's just 1-2 days a week though.
my goal has been to get up at 5:30-5:45 to do my elliptical and/or 30DS but its not working out so hot with Elizabeth getting sick and her getting up at 1:30am ALL weekend long etc... hoping this week will be better but her cough has her waking up so I'm sooo tired in the mornings.
I was doing it right after work getting home at 5 but then I didn't have enough time to get dinner ready before leaving again at 6:15pm to pick up DH from work (we have 1 car) so... looks like mornings are my best bet. Working out in the evenings after 7:30-8pm I have a hard time going to sleep!
