I was going to do 10 days of each, but quickly found out that you need to listen to your body and not push to hard. I ended up side lined for a little while because I hurt myself. I kept at it, but moved back down to level one and had to modify some of the moves even more. I'd say move up when you can do the level 1 moves on Natalie's level. Not saying when they're EASY that way, but at least be able to get through one set of everything without modifying.
I just finished day 30 today! I'm starting over tomorrow on Level 1 with 5 lb weights. Yikes!

That's what I'm planning on doing. I'm not in a big hurry. I'll probably just keep doing the Shred until I've mastered all 3 levels. It might take me a few months, but that might time it just right with summer being a few months away.
