This isn't so much about me losing weight, cause I don't think I weigh a lot or really "need" to lose weight. But I figure that when you're trying to get into shape in general, you'll probably lose a couple lbs along the way.
Ditto Shannon! I have a hard time with this myself, I don't see the scale move as fast as I'd like, but with my workouts, I am getting so much stronger & am seeing more changes in the way my clothes fit... so I know that my body is changing. I've even started taking measurements so I can see some improvements that way.
