I am starting on Monday so I have a question... Does anyone do the 30ds from exercise on demand? Is it different than the actual tape? Because if it is I will go buy the dvd so I can participate accordingly
Christa, do you recommend more than 3lb weights? Should I get heavier ones? Do I need anything else to do the workouts?
I started my first 30 days with 2 lb weights, and that was a challenge for me. I just finished my 1st week of my second 30 days with 5 lbs. I can assure you I would have died if I tried my first 30 with those. And my kids would have no mother, lol! You do want to push yourself, but you don't want to hurt yourself. I use the DVD, so I couldn't tell you if that's different than the on demand or not.
