How many days a week do you do your workout (whatever it is you do)?
Tonight is the 5th night of the shred for me. I don't know if I'll do it tomorrow night as we'll be doing a lot of running around and some playing at the park...

Since I started the Shred I've been doing it every day. I don't want to get out of the habit of it. But before that I'd try to get 30 minutes of cardio in atleast 6 days a week and strength 2-3 days a week.

I had planned on doing it everyday too...only to discover that my sports bras didn't get washed by the time I wanted to do my workout tonight...so I guess I'm just going to have to pick up a few more tomorrow...the dirty ones got throw into the wash. I am sad I missed out tonight. I even tried using my Wii Fit just to get something done..and it didn't work either.

right now, I workout at the gym 3 x's per week until my husband work schedule changes and then i can go 5xs. I also do 30DS on the days i cant get to the gym.

Yesterday, I ran 6 miles and did level 3 DS. I work out seriously hard core the days I can get to the gym because those 3 days are the only days i can go.

Daily. During the week, it's up at the crack of 5:30. On the weekends, it's nap time.

My goal is daily! Realistically - more like every other day. I need to step it up, I'm MAJORLY slacking! And I gained a lb this past week

I work out every day. And as soon as charlie is old enough to put in the gym daycare, maybe even twice a day.

I really want to get to my goal weight/body, and i know i wont get there by missing days.

I run 3-5 times a week and try to do the 30DS on the days I don't run.
