How many days a week do you do your workout (whatever it is you do)?
Tonight is the 5th night of the shred for me. I don't know if I'll do it tomorrow night as we'll be doing a lot of running around and some playing at the park...
Since I started the Shred I've been doing it every day. I don't want to get out of the habit of it. But before that I'd try to get 30 minutes of cardio in atleast 6 days a week and strength 2-3 days a week.
I had planned on doing it everyday too...only to discover that my sports bras didn't get washed by the time I wanted to do my workout tonight...so I guess I'm just going to have to pick up a few more tomorrow...the dirty ones got throw into the wash. I am sad I missed out tonight. I even tried using my Wii Fit just to get something done..and it didn't work either.
