My PP bleeding came back bright red while I was working out. My midwife told me to take it easy to see if it lightened up, which it did after five days of not doing the shred. I'm not able to work out again until I see her this Friday. I'm bummed - I was feeling so great while working out.
I'm also returning to work on Monday and finding time to work out is going to be difficult I may only be able to fit it in on the 3 days I don't work.
You're only 7 weeks post partum. Give your body a break momma! Definitely listen to the doc on this one. Nature was showing you you're pushing too hard. The last thing you want is to end up in the hospital.
I agree! You are brave for trying it so soon after having Adi, but your body just needs a little more time I guess! Take care of yourself hon, Jillian will welcome you back and kick your *** whenever you are ready! haha
