They're getting annoying. I had 2 last night while I was dealing with Haley, and a few this morning too. They aren't quite painful, but close.

I guess I need to chug water today (I'm so horrible about drinking enough ).

That's all... just had to complain.

I have them frequently too. Just had one as a matter of fact. Had them a lot with Kayla too. And they got stronger the closer to labor I got.

Well now I'm wondering if it's BH or just cramps. What's the difference? They're pretty uncomfortable.

I had cramps through most of the pregnancy with Haley, but they didn't get this uncomfortable until I was about in labor.

I get the crampy feeling and lots more BH than I did with Lily. I think the BHs are even a little more painful this pregnancy. Last time they were just a tight sensation, and now they have this weird tingly/crampy/tight feeling that comes on like a wave. It's hard to describe. My midwife said to expect them more often as I get further along. Boo.

BH for me meant my belly got hard as a rock, really tight, but it wasn't painful. I felt it most in the front and top of my belly. Contractions we more lower, back and side radiating cramping like pain.

I did have a very scary episode of knock you on your butt pain that came every 2 mins and went away after about 10 mins that I almost went to the hospital for - I had been out walking too much and not taking in enough fluids. That was around 20 weeks.

I'm getting nervous, probably for no reason. It feels almost like af cramps with back pain. It's hard to tell a definite start and stop with them, but I know I've had 4-5 in the past 30 minutes. If they were real, then they'd be a lot more painful that close together right?

If I can't make them stop before too long I may just call to see what the dr says.

That sort of sounds like what I had Saturday night and last night. I ended up with contractions for 8-ish hours Sat. and never called or went in. Last night it only lasted about an hour so I didn't call then either. It's all so tricky! When I had the feelings I did Sat. with Kaija I called, went in and came home with a baby!

KUP on what you decide to do

Drink lots of water, lay down on your left? right? side. I can't remember which. LOL

If it doesn't ease up, I'd give a call.

Mylene... it sounds like it won't be long!

It's easing up now. I've been drinking a ton and laying around with a heating pad (poor Haley... it's beautiful outside...). I still feel crampy but haven't had anything intense in 30 minutes or so. Now I want to have the hospital bag packed and the carseat installed! That was scary.

I think you've projected your crampiness onto me! Probably because I'm a hypochondriac. Not fun.

Sorry Courtney! Laying around chugging water and holding a heating pad on my stomach helped me... Maybe it'll help you too?

I have had this too ALyssa. They are painful BH that feel similar to both contractions and crampy feeling. I get them often! I just talked to my jazzercise lady today and she said that with her pregnancies, after she did jazzercise she would have small contractions afterwards if she hadn't drank enough water. I am going to talk to my midwife tomorrow about it at our first appt. I will let you know what she says! Glad you are both feeling better!

It was a bit intense for a couple hours, but it's been fine all afternoon and evening. *whew*

Kristen maybe that means I'll have a big baby too...

I'd be interested to see what your midwife says Brooke!
