Well, I'm starting up the 30 Day Shred again tomorrow. I was doing awesome until I got sick, made it halfway. But it seriously took me about 2 weeks before I felt well enough to work out, and then last weekend with all the birthday craziness...so yeah.
If anyone would like to start over with me tomorrow, you're more than welcome! I've lost about 12 lbs and I'm not willing to let it all go with summer being so close.
I'm with you! When I got sick earlier in March, I didn't work out for 2 weeks either. And for the last couple weeks, I haven't been consistent. I moved up to Level 2 last week but only did it twice, and have done it twice this week too. But I know I need to do it everyday (or at least M-F). So, yeah, I'm with you. I need to be consistent!!!
