Hey, my friend Kathy shared with me her diet plan from one of those weight loss places. She did it Dec, Jan and Feb and lost 20lbs in addition to walking 5 days a week - but she did NOT take the supplements listed on the sheets. She sent me the diet plans via PDF in an email (not sure how to post that here) but if anyone is interested in seeing it, PM me or post your email address and I can forward it to you from my work email! It starts off with a "cleansing" diet and then moves into a hardcore diet! Let me know!
