I weighed in at 137.6 this morning and this is after almost 2 weeks of not working out and a week of not eating the greatest. I'm thrilled. I've been trying to lose the same 15 lbs since August of 08 and it's finally coming off! I think a lot of it has to do with finally getting AF back and my hormones settling down. I just started the 30 Day Shred again yesterday and I also started jogging/walking with Logan.
And I ordered Optimum protein powder in Double Rich Chocolate from Bodybuilding.com today!
Woo hooo! That is awesome news! I think the best weigh-ins are the ones where you end up pleasantly surprised; it's always nice to lose, but when I go in expecting to lose it's sort of like "oh yay, good" instead of the "OMG WOO!"
