I'm hanging in there, more maintaining than losing, but I'm OK with that. Still hanging out at 156-point-something despite my birthday and Easter, so that's not all bad! Been doing a good job of getting to the gym at least 3 times a week...I'd prefer 4-5 and hit that sometimes, but if I can get there 3 times I'm happy. 5am seems to be coming SO early these days though!
Eh, the pollen and these dang allergies have me all jacked up. My sinuses have been a mess since Friday and I just can't breathe well enough to want to work out. It sucks.
I'm still trying to watch what I'm eating at the very least, especially since this weekend will be tough with Leah's birthday and grandparents buying takeout. I know I'll just need to work harder next week once the festivities are over.
My BL challenge ended on Thursday, and with Easter and my mom being in town, I haven't worked out or eaten well. Amazingly, I was down another 1.5 lbs this morning when I checked! I'm now down to 143. I'm back at work for the rest of this week, so that will make eating better easier, and my mom leaves Friday so I can start working out in the mornings again next week.
I am still down 3-4 lbs from PP weight, depending on the day...I am amazed! I think it will start getting a lot harder to continue to eat enough and not gain in the next few weeks though...so far still in my original clothes, but they are VERY snug. Waiting on a check so I can go buy my whole summer wardrobe!!
i weighed myself this morning at 143.6. which is OFFICIALLY under the weighti lost when i had charlie. I got down to 144 before i started gaining again after he was born.
So this is a GREAT day for me, and only 3lbs away from my goal weight at their parties!!!
Well I've been doing pretty well except for the last few days I've had this horrible stomach bug and I've tried to push myself to work out but a few minutes into realized it's not worth making myself even sicker over. I was hoping to feel better today but no luck, still the yucky stomach feeling
Since February 23rd I've lost an AMAZING 25lbs!!!!!! I am now 199.5 (WHOO BACK TO THE 1-DERLAND!!!!) I've lost 4 inches in my waist (from 37--32!) 2 inches on each thigh (26-24) 3 inches on my hips (from 44-41) and nothing in the chest *THANK YOU JESUS * I've gone from a size 14 to a 12 and hoping that I can reach my next mini goal of another 25 by June!
I'm pretty excited. The addipex stops in 2 weeks so I'm nervous but hopeful that I can at least continue the exercise and watching the calorie intake!
Sorry I haven't been around.... I got that sinus infection back and then got a stomach virus.... it's been real nice LOL..... and cade is still pooping his brains out. Poor kid... I swear I am sick SICK SICK of changing diarreah diapers.
Haven't been to the gym in a week but I'm certain that I haven't gained an ounce either, LOL. I've felt like death, LOL
