Not too surprising but I have spent a lot of time reading nutritional panels of cereal boxes.... but that's just something you have to learn to do with EVERYTHING. Cereal is bad for sugar.... one reason I don't recommend eating it at night especially. Derek does eat Special K on occasions but not when he's cutting weight and I don't even touch the stuff. I could probably be a cereal addict if I let myself, LOL
I still think things like Raisin Bran and Wheat Chex are a good way to get in fiber for people who aren't going to sit there and eat PLAIN shredded wheat (ie ME!) LOL...I think total raisin bran has less sugar b/c they don't coat the raisins - going to the store today, I will scope it out! haha
