i think i'm going to stop taking it....i started researching it and found soooo much conflicting information. some sources say not to take while pregnant, others say it causes miscarriage, others say to wean off slowly once you become pregnant, others say to stop immediately if you become pregnant. so i think i'm just gonna stick with the b6 and EPO.

That's kinda scary!! With the B6 though too you should wean yourself off of it. I started weaning off around 10 weeks, finally stopped taking it around 12 weeks. The EPO you only take until you O so that shouldn't be a problem.

that's weird, i have only heard good things about it and ttc. it's a very common ttc supplement to take. i think it helped kickstart my cycles when i got pregnant with sam. i will have to google some, i am curious now.

Wow. Scary stuff. I don't blame you for wanting to stop. I've just been taking regular prenatals but if it takes much longer i'll be asking you which vitamins to take.

i find lots of positive things about it and then a bunch of negatives...the most confusing is when to stop taking it. some say stop right away because it's not safe during pregnancy, other sources say not to abruptly stop using it because that will cause miscarriage. i'm just going to stay away from it. if i were to have another miscarriage i'd would feel guilty thinking something i took caused it.
i have read nothing negative about b6 so that's what i'll stick with.

well they say the same thing about b-6. you have to wean off it, or it can cause miscarriage too. i think the idea with TTC supplements is that if you needed them to conceive, your body can't sustain a pregnancy without them until a certain point.

I ended up stopping B6 cold turkey because I had morning sickness so bad. I'd barf as soon as I took it, it wasn't even staying in my system. Though I do know it's recommended to wean off it. I was worried, but I was already at 11-12 weeks.
