Not too bad. Probably a little too much chocolate again, but I also had 2 protein shakes and a decent amount of fruit so far. I took a walk with Logan this afternoon and I'm either going to do 30 min on the recumbant bike tonight or the 30 Day Shred.
Oooh, and my new running shoes came today!! Thank goodness because my old ones gave me a blister recently.
It's that time of the month. I'm so glad because it explains the extra 5 lbs (ok maybe 2 of them, lol!) Anyway, super awesome salad for dinner (chicken, spinach, tomato, cucumber, basil, balsamic and mozz) Yummy! I probably could have gone without the wine, but who am I kidding. I needed it today. Either I slept through my alarm or it didn't go off, but I plan to at least get some more ab work in tonight.
