Happy Friday ladies! How'd everyone's week go? What's the plan to stay on track this weekend?
I weighed in today and have lost 2 lbs from the last time I weighed in...about a week and a half ago. I'm now back to 145, which is 1 lb under my ending weight after the contest. I'm happy with that.
We're headed to the beach in about 45 minutes and I've got the cooler packed with yummy healthy food. No dining out for every meal here. We're planning on going out for dessert after dinner tomorrow and then *maybe* going to brunch on mother's day. I'm thinking tomorrow night will be the farthest off track I'll be all weekend, but I'm planning on splitting my dessert with the girls, so I should be good.

I'm at 135 but not worrying about it. I worked out with my personal trainer on Tuesday, did a pilates video on Wednesday and went for a run yesterday. Feeling a little better about things. I am doing okay eating, just hungry ALL THE TIME!
