Hi ladies!

Question for you. My biggest problem area has always been my stomach. Sure I've had 2 kids-so what??? I'm down to my goal weight right now which has helped some-but I still have a pot belly. The biggest problem I notice is the area underneath my belly button.

Any suggestions on what would be the best ab workout? Sit ups? Crunches? Weight lifting? I would like to know your thoughts-thanks!

Only way to eliminate belly fat is through diet. You can do a million crunches a day, have a 6 pack and if your diet isn't clean/clean-ish, you will keep that layer of fat over it.

So..... how's your diet? LOL

Yes it could definitely be my diet (plus some extra skin). I've always wondered why I couldn't get it to go away...
