If you're talking binge food, then it's got to be salty. I don't care if it's popcorn, pretzles, fries, etc. It's just got to be salty. I rarely crave sugary treats.
If you're talking on a daily basis, I have a smoothie every.single.day. I *hope* it's healthy (Christa?) I make it with homemade fat free yogurt (which is "runnier" than store bought, so no added milk), a banana and frozen fresh berries. Sometimes I add in oatmeal, wheat germ or protein powder, but mama needs her smoothie for breakfast.
UGH! Larabars! I'm really loving the Jocolat Hazelnut ones right now. I have to have one every day. Since things are sooo crazy in the mornings juggling two now, I grab one to get something in my stomach otherwise it could be hours before I get something to eat.
We are so sad to announce that we recently lost our twins...8wks and 16wks
We are also missing our three dogs who we lost this year..
