My Mom has been away for 2 weeks so I have been cooking super healthy. (She is an old fashioned meat and potatoes kinda gal) Everything she cooks is so not healthy, so I was happy to take over. Since I am trying to lose weight I couldn't wait to get looking through my weight watchers and biggest loser cook books. I had my Dad pick out his favorites and off to the store I went. After cooking the first meal, I thought about starting a blog about and to share the recipes I made and what I thought about them. Come follow me
