Ladies, it's been awhile since we've had a check-in, so I figured with a new month, let's see how everyone is doing. Successes? Struggles?
I'm doing so-so. I'm down another pound (or two - it seems to fluctuate on the scale), but I think that's mostly due to throwing up on Saturday morning. I don't know if I ate something that upset my tummy or what, but I felt awful and that was the only way to make the feeling go away. UGH. Gross.
I only did the Shred a couple times last week, but at the very least, we've been taking walks around our neighborhood every single night w/ our dogs. So, that's something.
I haven't weighed myself since the infamous 139 incident, and I may never weigh in again
BUT - I plan to do 30ds for the next 30 days, starting today (1 down, 29 to go ) Hopefully after Maya gets out of school next week, I'll be able to do it in the mornings because working out after work today was...trying? Yeah, we'll go with trying, lol!
I haven't been feeling so great since last Friday. And this weekend we spent a lot of time at the ILs, so my eating wasn't the best. But I'm hanging in there. I weighed 137 this morning, which isn't terrible. So hopefully I'll get rid of this stupid cold/sore throat thing so I'll have some energy again.
