I'm finally starting to get over this stupid cold. I've had it for about a week and a half. Sore throat, stuffy nose, cough...bleh. I've tried to stay as active as possible, but I've only worked out a handful of times since I got sick. I'm not giving up, not by a long shot, but that was a frustrating setback!
We set a definite date for our wedding. December 31st, 2010. So if that doesn't motivate me, nothing will!

I'm trying to find some motivation this week but it's hard. I haven't really lost anything in 2 wks now but I'm plugging away w/my food logging (YAY for MFP!) and I'm trying to squeeze in some Wii Yoga & Strength Training here and there but I'm just so darn exhausted. The most exercise I'm getting these days (aside from chasing Cian around) is breastfeeding our new LO. I'm just trying to take it one day at a time and hopefully the scale won't go up this week!

We are so sad to announce that we recently lost our twins...8wks and 16wks
We are also missing our three dogs who we lost this year..
So happy for you!!! And it's really not that far away! Obviously I am not dieting, but this is ridiculous! I have gained 3 lbs in a week!! Up until that point I was still down 5 lbs from pre-preg weight...sheesh. I'll be a brontosaurus by the end of this if I keep going like this!! LOL

I'm doing eh, just like normal. I started Weight Watchers but I haven't been that committed to it. The problem is it's nice outside, I want to have a beer or a glass of wine occasionally and relax a little. Also, the past two days at work have been HELL so I'm stressed, luckily I don't eat when I get stressed.
With it being nice out we've been so busy around the house and just having family time that I haven't been committing time to working out either.
I'm plugging along. I'd regained 5 pounds and am chiseling away at them now... down 2 so far, so sitting back at 157. On the whole, I'm thrilled to be 150-anything, but I'm still hoping to eventually make it to 150! I've been to the gym both mornings so far this week, though I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to be able to do that... We'll have my replacement in the office in the next couple weeks, and I won't be able to work my flex time nearly as much as I've been doing it lately while I'm training her.
OMG Olive Garden. Suck! You suck! LOL - I guess I will just be a small dinosaur...I lost 2 of the 3lbs I gained. Apparently that's what happens when you get up to pee 7, yes SEVEN, times in the night! haha
