oh man I am so sorry.

That is how it was with Bailey! I really hope you aren't sick like I was like here. And w me it was worse when I didn't eat but there was nothing appealing to make me feel better. Even crackers made me puke.

I really really hope it doesnt last too long!

I'm sorry. I was like that with Sam too. I lived on cinnamon Life and bagels. Just eat what you can and take your vitamin and your peanut will be just fine.

Aww man that sucks, I'm sorry! I remember late in my 1st tri I suddenly had aversion to food. I never really felt sick but the thought of eating the food was just not happening. One night DH cooked 3 completely different meals for me hoping that one would do the trick. We had leftovers for weeks.

Feel better! Eat what you can, even if it's only some crackers. You'll have time to make up for it after this phase passes.

I had that problem with my last pregnancy too. It sucked! Usually though I'd be able to eat a little something after I barfed for the day. It was better than nothing even though I still had to force myself.

I was there this pregnancy, it's a nasty feeling. Are you still taking the B12 (or is it 6, I can't remember) vitamin? That's what my midwives suggest for nausea. Good luck, hope it passes quickly and you're back to feeling yourself soon.

and of course that mommy guilt gets you nice and early and you feel like a horrible mom even though you can't do much about it. I remember crying one night this time because I couldn't eat or drink and I could feel myself dehydrating. It's the worst feeling overall, I sympathize!

If you feel actual nausea you might be interested in the hypnobabies track for nausea, I could IM it to you. it worked well for me- I still felt yucky and eating was tough, but I never had actual nausea again.

i actually feel slightly better today, i shared an almond butter and jelly sandwich with Sarah, but haven't eaten much more besides a piece of toast. i tried to eat a slice of apple and gagged. i am still taking b6 but i dont know whether or not it's helping.

Cheryl, if you could send me that track that would be awesome!! thanks!

As much as B6 is supposed to help, I think it actually made my nausea worse. When I stopped taking it I stopped getting as sick. I was nervous stopping cold turkey since you should wean yourself off of it, but I had to. I hadn't kept it down in weeks anyway...
