I never get headaches and I've had more this pregnancy than I've had in the past 10 years it seems.
I've had one every day this week, by 6 I just want to go to bed. I hate taking medicine when I think I can deal and sleep it off. I don't want to be taking Tylenol every day.

Maybe it's because the AC has been broken at work all week and the heat is getting to me. It's 83 at my desk by the afternoon. it sucks. Or it could be eyestrain, last pregnancy really messed with my vision while I was pregnant. I don't know but it's just this dull annoying makes you short on patience and irritable and kills your sex drive headache that is getting old fast.

Sorry to complain. I've cried today just out of frustration and tired of it, the little things totally got to me and I unloaded on DH in 15 seconds and shed some tears the second he walked through the door. I hate doing that to him. He said he'd give Maddie a bath and make me dinner tonight. I hope it helps.

I just had to vent. There's no point to this.

I am sorry that you are getting headaches. THere are pressure points to help with it, the main one being the webbing in between your thumb and finger. Are you coming off caffine and that is what might be causing it? If so, then it might be a relief to know that those will pass within 3 days! Hugs, I can't imagine how you are making it through work! I hope it all gets better for you soon! There also might be natural remedies to help with headaches too. Here are a few links to natural remedies to get rid of headaches:

Tom would recommend the tiger balm as well, he swears by it.

I would def think it has to do w the heat though.. I know when I am even just a bit too warm I get the worst headaches and am a miserable bi atch.

Thanks. I'll look into Tiger balm.

No Caffeine Brooke. I don't touch the stuff unless it's Iced tea or coke, which I only drink after work if ever.

I think it could be tension as well. I've been pretty stressed out.

Sorry Cyndee, that sucks. I've been suffering with chronic headaches the past couple of months as well and it's no fun. On to of the other suggestions given, try upping your water intake. Not getting enough can be a cause too and if your office is that hot, that would just make it even worse. Feel better soon!

that sucks. i had a 2 day head ache this week, no fun. i'm sure the heat has something to do with it. you shouldn't have to work in that condition.

That sucks Cyndee. I would try getting a massage if you can. I get horrible headaches and its all because the muscles at the back of my skull are so tense and knotted from sitting at a desk all day. I bet you have the same thing. I hope you can get rid of them soon!!
