i am nervous to dtd. we dtd the night before my m/c. i know it was just a coincidence, but i just want to see the doctor before we do anything. i feel bad, i mean i'll do other stuff, but i am just not ready. dh is annoyed about it, i can tell, but he gets it i guess.
did anyone else feel like this??
i mean, i don't plan on being celibate my whole pregnancy, but i just need a little more time.

I totally get it and in fact didn't have sex (well no intercourse anyway) the entire time I was pregnant. I knew logically that there is no correlation between sex and m/c but I was terrified of it, really quite irrationally so.
I recall one of my IVF nurses saying this about activities and m/c early on in my treatments. She basically said if it's something that you think you would go back and "blame" for a m/c, then don't do it. She used the example of flying, but any activity works really.
I can understand how you feel and while I don't think dtd can cause miscarriage, I completely avoided it until I was 10 weeks because it had taken me so long to become pregnant, so I just avoided everything potentially harmful. I will probably at least avoid it until 7-8 weeks next time around, hopefully dh will understand your concerns, especially if your still doing other things for him, that should be sufficient for a few weeks.
I had the same thing happen with my m/c-spotting right after sex, then at the u/s 2 days later we had no HB, but baby was right where he was supposed to be based on dating.. then add in the fact that the only time we dtd in the 1st tri with Collin I had spotting..... I wouldnt dtd while preg with bailey until like 16-18 weeks, when I started contracting
I totally understand the fear..
