She's a tiny little thing! But it sounds like she's doing well!
Personally, I wouldn't worry about the binky. Maybe limit it to just the bed or the car, but I don't think it's necessary to take it away all together. It's her security item and what makes her feel comfortable, I don't like the idea of just up and taking a security item away from a kid. She'll let you know when she's ready to be done with it. It might be another 6 months to a year, but she'll let you know. I wouldn't stress about it.
When Brinlee was 2.5 years old I talked to her about giving them to Santa. I told her he needed them to give the babies, but he'd bring her big girl toys in return. She was totally up for that idea and went with it. She never looked back! It was very stress-free for her (and myself!!) and I wouldn't do it any other way.
Basically what I'm saying is that if you can get her to agree to give them up and it's stress-free for her, then that's fine. But if she's going to cry for hours/nights/days without that pacifier... don't take it away from her.
We're going to try the same tactic with Isabel this winter, but if she doesn't go for it that's ok with me. I had mine until I was 4

I actually remember my parents taking it away from me. Perhaps that's why I feel the way I do?!
