I am thinking about getting the clear blue easy ovulation monitor but I see they are about $100 or more, so I am wondering if any of you use or have used one and if you think they are worth the investment?

Used it for all 3 of my pregnancies (1st resulted in a m/c). My friend has it, used it to conceive her 2 kids, loaned mine to Felissa and she used it. I like it, it's pretty foolproof and I do believe it works. I would suggest purchasing a used one as they CAN be reset, regardless of what the factory tells you. I had to reset mine after my m/c and between pregnancies. Let me know if you have any specific questions!

Jo, They are awesome.. but my RE told me just yesterday that they still aren't as accurate as the smiley face OPK. Not sure why.. but that is from the RE.

Good luck!

Heather with the smiley face one do you use one in the am and one in the pm? That may be why since with the monitor you only use it first thing am.

I don't use the smiley face ones right now. I did in the past.. usually only once a day (since it was a 7 day kit, and there were only 7 inside the box). Who knows.. maybe the doc gets monetary kick backs for promoting the smiley face company.

I think they're made by CBE too Jo.

I found these or these. I think those are the same, the first one is a 1 month test, the second is for 7 days.

Thanks, I think I may get some of those for this cycle, I have been using the dollar tree opk's but there is always a little guessing on the lines.
