Ugh sorry to hear you are getting m/s. I had it this time around too. Nasty! Hope you are feeling better soon. Are you taking B6?

i honestly think the b6 makes me feel worse. i haven't tried anything else, but i think i may drink a soda to help with my headache. dh and Sarah are both kind of driving me nuts, they aren't doing anything out of the ordinary, i just want to be alone! arrrgh

Some of the girls in my DDC are saying acidophilus has been helping their morning sickness.

I think B6 actually made my m/s worse too. When I stopped taking it (I was puking it back up anyway...) I pretty much stopped getting sick. Nothing really helped me much though! I hope it doesn't last too long for you.

Add me to the B6 made me sicker club. I think I felt worse on the days I took that than the other days. I eventually opted for Zofran since nothing else worked and I couldn't stand sitting in meetings trying not to gag.

I was scared to stop taking it, too. But the way I figured it, I was throwing up within 30 min. of taking it. There was almost no way that it had time to work into my system yet in that amount of time. So it was almost like not taking it at all.

Why are you taking b6 to begin with? Isn't it already in your prenatal?

Sorry, I'm curious. I've never heard to this as a required supplement. Is it just for M/S?

i was taking it to lengthen my luteal phase and it's supposed to help with your natural progesterone production.
