Yup, thats right, i just ate kentucky fried chicken, and OMG it was so good!!!
Ive been eating pretty much diet dinners and healthy food for months now!
but my MIL brought KFC, like she always does, but this time i ate some, and it was so worth the extra calories tonight for dinner, lol.

That all being said. I havent left you ladies. Ive been taking a more casual approach to weight loss, seeing as i was becomming obsessed with everything i ate, and every ounce on the scale, so i had to take a step back!

Im currently weghing in at 140.6 as of this morning, which puts my grand total weight lost up somewhere around 12 or 13lbs, i cant remember exactly where i started, but it was in the 150's for sure.
Ive got about 5 more pounds to go before i hit my "comfortable" weight. i was 135 when i got pregnant with Charlie and Mackenzie, and i would ideally like to be back there, and if i lose a few more pounds along the way, i wouldnt be mad about it!!

So how is everyone doing? Any new weightloss techniques, exercises, videos that i should know about????
What is everyone doing in here to lose weight?

Good for you Shannon! You'll end up eating the whole bucket if you deprive yourself too long, lol!

I started the 30DS again last week, and then my IL's came in town so I stopped. I haven't started back up again, but I have been doing the Jillian Jumpstart cleanse and watching what I eat. I lost 4 lbs in the first 2 days and haven't weighed in since. I can tell I've lost, and I feel better, I just need to get my butt in gear.

I started the 30 Day Shred last week, did 5 days, skipped 3, and then started again tonight. I've also been doing a lot of biking with Logan and have started jogging again. I got down to 134 lbs in April, hovered in the 135-140 lb range, and now I'm back down to 135.

I'm trying to stay motivated (the thought of dress shopping helps alot!) and I'm dying to get into the 120s, which I haven't been in since my junior year in HS.

Good to know that you're still around, Shannon! I've been wondering about you girls!
