Hey guys,

My family and I are on vacation and I'm all bound up with worry. I saw the babies heartbeat again on Wednesday. The baby was measuring on time (edd is Feb 19th). However we left for vacation Thursday and my symptoms have dropped drastically. I went from being deathly sick everyday to not very sick at all. I'm a bit nauseous but nothing like I was... I'm still hungry too; which is a good sign.

I'm trying not to be stupid but after two miscarriages, I tend to worry. I cannot for the life of me remember when symptoms faded for aubree. Do you guys remember when your symptoms faded? Sorry to be "that poster" but I'm just looking for a wee bit of reinsurance.

Thanks again!
Jodi

Btw, I'm just 10 weeks by my calculations and by their calculations 9.5 weeks.

Well it could be that you're just out of the sickness stage. I was sick right up to pushing so I'm no help for you sorry hun, try and enjoy your vacay and stay positive. I can't remember when preg tests stopped showing positive during pregnancy. I remember someone saying at some point they do but you could always ask a pharmacist if they new and test to put your mind at ease if you aren't too far along to show. Hugs hun!

Mine started lessesing around that time and completely faded by 13 wks or so. They were worse with Hayden and took a little longer to go away but I remember with Kayla, one day I was sick all day and the next it dropped to just part of the day.

I know it's hard, but try not to worry.

A typical woman stops being sick when they hit the second trimester, so 12 weeks or so. But, symptoms come and go, it's pretty normal. Personally, I think that you will be fine as long as you don't start cramping or bleeding. I get that it can be nerve-wracking, but stay positive!

i think it's normal, because around 8-9 weeks the placenta starts to take over. i was feeling really sick, but around 10 weeks i started feeling better. not 100% better but less nauseous, and my appetite started to improve. i think it's normal to worry! enjoy your vacay and keep us posted!!!

I started getting some relief from my fatigue around 9-10 weeks.

I lucked out with Kaija and didn't have any at all. But with Kolbie the m/s and nastiness started around 7 weeks and let up around 11 and was gone by 14 week. I'd say it's pretty normal for the extreme stuff to start giving you some relief at this point.

Hey guys, thanks for the reinsurance. After I looked up more online, I felt better. I have been hungry and nauseous still but it eased and I was a bit alarmed. I'm just going to go with the flow and what will be, will be.

Thank you again!

Enjoy your vacation and try not to worry yourself, I know it's hard. But really, every woman and every pregnancy is different and I don't think it's unusually at all for nausea to start to fade around the 10 week mark. KUP on how you're doing!
