Zofran? LOL - I am not sure, I didn't really get it (sorry!), but a lot of girls in my DDC had to go on the meds. Sorry, but I am super psyched you are sick!! Sour candy I've heard works, also I did buy some crystalized ginger and took VERY small nibbles off it until the moment passed. I hope you get some relief soon.
I went on Zofran. The nausea was equally bad when I was pregnant with Logan, but I wasn't working or taking care of a toddler then so I didn't HAVE to move around a lot.
I wasn't even keeping crackers down, so I gave in a couple of weeks ago and my midwife called the prescription in. The only bad thing...I'm on Medicaid and they'll only pay for 12 pills PER MONTH. And you're supposed to take it every 6 hours. So yeah...that's been a pain in the butt. My midwife had to call and force them to pay for it otherwise it would've cost $120 for 20 pills.
Oddly enough Watermelon will settle your stomach. Also Ginger Root pills. Walmart sells them. (so does a health food store) If you take four of them and a full glass of water this should help. Just keep taking them throughout the day. You cannot take to many because its just Ginger root. Of course saltines. Oh if you are into juicing:
1 1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 lemon juiced, peeled if using juice machine
1 chunk (2-inch size) gingerroot, juiced or grated
8 fresh mint leaves, rinsed
6 ice cubes
Pour the apple, lemon and ginger juices (or grated ginger) into blender and add the mint and ice. Blend on high speed until smooth and serve immediately.
If you don't have a juice machine, and you are using commerical apple juice, get unsweetened and hand squeeze the lemon and grate the gingerroot and add to the blender

Honestly, the best and only thing that ever worked for me was just to make sure my stomach was never empty, and never overfull. I snacked small and often for months on end, making sure I had lots of healthy snacks on hand... I also, with Eric (who was my more extreme 'morning' sickness), found that if I cut out all dairy I felt much better. (I was able to start back up with dairy around the 20 week mark.)
I didn't read through all of the previous posts and I'm not preggo but a lot of friends take Ginger root on a daily basis and it keep their nausea away... they also sell ginger pops/lollipops at like GNC/health food stores and motherhood.
Also I saw someone posted about Zofran.... if you have to go the prescription route those are LIFE SAVERS!

Zofran didn't even work for me, but Cheerios did. The Lactation consultant recommended it. I kept a bag of cheerios in my purse, some more in my desk at work, etc. and every half hour to an hour, I would pull them out and eat 1/2 a handful or so. I always had something on my stomach and very rarely got sick.
Do not let them talk you into the meltaway Zofran. It tastes like rotten strawberry flavored cotton candy. meltaway Zofran MAKES me ill, bc of the taste.
