Have you ever woken up just in a bad/grumpy/ticked off mood? Yea, that's me today I know I am grumpy and annoying and mad (no reason!) but I just cannot snap out of it!!

Yeah, definitely.

See if maybe you can do something nice for yourself today - even something small, like buy your favorite coffee latte, it will cheer you up a bit.

Absolutely. I have days where I'm irritable and not really sure why. Might just be hormones, who knows.

Julia has a good idea though. Sometimes a favorite food or singing out loud to a favorite song helps cheer me up.

I agree, buy yourself a little treat today, that always helps me snap out of a crappy mood... just enjoying something for yourself, whether its your favorite lunch, a nice treat, etc... I hope you can snap out!

I have the same issue and it could have been a bad dream you had that you do not remember. I know that happens to me. It could also be hormones. I sit myself down and read verses about joy when I feel this way and pray. Then I do some stretching and deep breathing. For some reason the stretching and deep breathing calms me.

Maybe get outside and go for a nice walk? Or buy yourself something. New lipgloss or nail polish or something. Hope you feel better!

Ugh I know I do! Mostly its a day or so before my period so it's like I expect it to happen but I am still always shocked about how irritable and cranky I get. It's frustrating because I don't want to feel that way...and my family certainly dont want to be around me when I am that way. lol

I've been grumpy a LOT.. DH is usually good about doing something sweet when I'm really bad.. but I've also noticed if I don't eat before bed, I'm more likely to wake up grumpy. Low blood sugar.

I think I'm about to start my period in the next couple days but MAN I was in a funk yesterday - I stayed in my office all day so I wouldn't be mean to people LMAO!! Thanks for all the advice ladies... and chocolate did NOT work I was so bummed! Haha
