I've been having mild contractions for almost the last three hours. They seem like BH as they're not getting stronger or more regular, but it's beginning to stress me out nonetheless. They're lasting about 30 seconds and coming every 3-6 minutes. I laid on my left side, drank water, used the bathroom, took a short nap, tried walking around. They're really not very strong or painful, but I am having a little nausea and cervical pressure.

I think I just overdid it today. We spent the day in the mountains getting our Christmas tree. I hiked in the snow, drug a tree, climbed in and out of big trucks, etc. All of these are things I know I could have done without a problem a little while ago, but maybe it was just too much activity today. In the moment, I didn't feel like I was overexerting myself, but I probably did.

I don't think I'll call the doctor unless they get more regular or painful, but please keep Deuce and I in your thoughts. Thanks!

After Liam's party today, I'm super worn out. I've had a few more contractions through the day and this evening, but they haven't been too bad. I need to remind myself to take it easy once in a while. Not the easiest thing for me.
