I think the "girls" might be about to start leaking. Joy. The last several days, I've noticed white-ish crust on my nipples. All day today, particularly in my left breast, I have that tingly (almost uncomfortable) let down feeling.

Don't get me wrong, I won't be disappointed to know there's milk there, but I was hoping to not need breast pads at least until a little closer his due date. I still have almost two months left! I feel like it would be such a waste of liquid gold at this point!

IME the 'colostrum' or leakage before and after baby/bf is different from actual milk. Don't fret too much! Did you BF Liam?

I've been leaking a bit for a couple weeks. It is just colostrum so you shouldn't leak a ton. Mine mostly just happens if my nips have been rubbing against something (like a T shirt). I've been feeling that tingly let down feeling too. Hopefully it's a sign that we will be blessed with lot's of boobie milk!

I leaked when I was pregnant with Abri and have had no supply issues whatsoever this time.

The only time I had supply issues last time was when I started back to work and had to adjust to pumping. Since it looks like I'll be staying home this time, hopefully that won't be an issue.

FWIW, I never leaked prior to either birth and haven't had a supply issue with Kolbie. And I'm sure my supply issues with Kaija were because I had to supplement and worked a lot.
